Boot Camp
Train like an army soldier for 8 weeks:
- Only $109.00 plus $19.95 one-time registration fee
Beginning with the first class, EACH Boot Camp recruit will need to have the following:
- Reflective running vest
- One pair of medium resistance bands
- Good pair of running shoes
- A Positive Attitude
Please note that classes must contain a minimum of 15 recruits and maximum of 120.

Boot Camp will meet at the corner of S. Braeswood and Hillcroft, on the Bayou, directly across the street from McDonalds. You must register on line prior to the 1st class.
Boot Camp is open to participants age 15 and older. A parent MUST accompany children between the ages of 15-17. Once the class has started, there are no refunds!

Your Sports House Boot Camp Director is Jay Guillory of www.jayfit.com. Jay is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Currently residing in Houston, TX, he has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and has had the opportunity to be a member of the management team for some of the largest health club chains in the United States. As a former group EX manager for Bally Total Fitness and a former group exercise supervisor for 24 Hour Fitness, Jay has created top notch group exercise schedules focused on helping members get results and achieve their fitness goals. Certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a personal fitness trainer and group exercise instructor, he is also a national education specialist. Jay travels to present AFAA certification and training workshops geared to transforming "aerobic" instructors into group exercise professionals.
